Background
The buidling process of Koalicija 2030 started in December 2017, although it was launched in September 2018. The main drivers of the coalition building have been so far: Povod, SLOGA and Bodi svetloba.
Functioning
SLOGA hosts and coordinates the Koalicija 2030 / Coalition 2030, while Povod provides technical support. Meetings are organised quarterly. The coalition plans to create a Steering Committee and integrate representatives of other missing sectors.
Additional Information
The coalition has a joint mission and its members share common goals. Efforts are currently being made to continue to build up the capacities of the coalition to follow, monitor and implement 2030 Agenda in Slovenia. In 2020, Slovenia will present for the second time the VNR during the HLPF. Koalicija 2030 will be as active as possible in this process.
