CONCORD SWEDEN

Background

A platform made up of 71 Swedish civil society organisations mainly focusing on development cooperation and sustainability. Together they work for a more just and sustainable world by influencing Swedish and European foreign and development policies.

Functioning

Governed by a board and holds a secretariat. Agenda 2030 is one of several priority areas. A working group with in CONCORD Sweden are focusing on Agenda 2030 and Policy Coherence for Sustainable Development. The Working group was establish during the negotiation towards the 2030 Agenda and has continued since then.
